We will be tweeting live from the High Country Beer fest on September 4th from 3pm until 7pm.

If you prefer to drink fine craft beers rather then read about them, then come on up next weekend and enjoy yourselves.

We are proud to be the host of the High Country Beer Fest each year and this year looks to be a terrific event.  Last year was a sell out so please be proactive and get your tickets in advance.  We will limit the event to 1000 participants so that all can have an enjoyable afternoon without having to wait too long in lines.  This years event is on Saturday, September 4th, 2010 at the Broyhill Inn.

We are very excited about our new partnership with Appalachian State University in the development of an Educational Brewery on site at the Brohill Inn and Conference Center.  The honors level course will cover the actual beer making techniques and also the business development of a small business, production costs, operations, marketing and communications.  Now this is a class that I would be happy to go back to school for…  More information will be coming out in the following weeks.
